WHEREAS. the City of Clearwater has been made a defendant in
n Counter...Claim wherein Counter~PlaintiIf, Clearwater Seville I.td.
instituted an action for damages, which resulted from the case of '
City of Clearwater Municlpnl Code Enforcement Board v. Clearwater
Seville Ltd., et ai, Circuit Civil No. 83-12046~16:
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED' BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
I. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized 1:0 take any and
all 8t~ps necessary to defend the ,City of Clearwater in a Counter-Claim
whiCh resulted from the case of City of CleEr water Municipal Code En'Cc:'t-ce-
ment Board v. Clearwater Seville Ltd. , et ai, Circuit Civil No.
83-12046-16.
2. That this Reaolutlon shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
