A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER AND THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE EMPLOYEES' PENSION
FUND IN THE CASE OF MONTY L~ KRYSKO V. CITY
OP CLEARWATER AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
EMPLOYEES' PENSION FUND, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO.
83-15310-7.

WH~REAS, the City of Clearwater and the Board of Trustees
of the Employees' Pension Fund have been made, defendants in
an action for declaratory judgment and injunction, which is
the subject matter of the case of Monty L. Krysko v. City
of Clearwater, et al, Circuit Civil No. 83-15318-7;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
CO~~ISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take
any and all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater
, and the Board of Trustees' of the Employees' Pension Fund,
'. Circuit Civil No. 83-15318-7.
2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
