CORRECTIVE COUNTY DEED
THIS DEED, made this J\ dayof ~~ ,20QQ,byPINELLAS
COUNTY, Department of Real Estate Management, AttentIOn: Real Property Delvlslon,
whose address is 509 East Avenue South, Clearwater, Florida 33756, hereinafter referred to
as "Grantor," and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a Municipality ofthe State of
Florida, whose address is 112 South Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33756, hereinafter
referred to as "Grantee."
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to it in
hand paid by the Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise and
release unto the Grantee forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
Grantor has in and to an undivided % interest in, and title in and to, an undivided % interest
in all the phosphate, minerals and metals that are or may be in, on, or under the herein
described land, and an undivided ~ interest in all the petroleum that is, or may be in, on, or
under said land with the privilege to mine and develop the same ("Rights"); pursuant to
Florida Statutes, Section 270.11, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida, and said lands
described as:
Lot 1, Block B, Unit "B" of Skycrest Subdivision, according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 24 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida.
Subject to the following: This Property is conveyed to the Grantee for use by the
public as a neighborhood pocket park, and the Grantor reserves itself, its successors and
assigns, all right of reversion to said property in the event of the discontinuance of the use of
such property for public purposes for more than 30 consecutive days.
This Corrective County Deed will amend that certain Deed recorded in Official
Records Book 16257, Page 1405, of Pin ell as County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these presents to
be executed in its name by its Interim County Administrator, the day and year first written
above.
