NOW THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That the Grantor for and in consideration of the
sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt and sufficiency being hereby acknowledged, does hereby
remise, release and quitclaim unto the Grantee, and assigns, forever, all their right, title and interest received from
Grantee in O.R. Book 8698, Page 1161, and O.R. Book 9160, Page 492, Public Records of Pin ell as County, Florida
