LICENSE
BOOT RANCH, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter called the
Licensor, on this ;lPd'"day of .:JI~"J7-' 1976, hereby grants to the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a nrunicipal corporation, hereinafter
called the Licensee, permission to deposit sludge on the following described
tract of land set out in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
fully rewritten herein.
Permis sion to deposit and spread sludge generated in the water treatment
process on the approximately seven hundred (700) acres of land described in
Exhibit A shall commence upon execution of this License by both parties and
shall continue until such time as the Licensor provides Licensee with written

c~~ urpose described herein The Licensor shall provide Licensee with instructions
relating to the proper location where the sludge is to be deposited.
In consideration of the grant of the License described herein, Licensee
agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Licensor from any and all health
claims or problems that arise during the period of time that Licensee is making
use of the property described in Exhibit A, for the purpose described herein,
and Licensee further agrees to indemnify Licensor for any damages occurring
to its fences and gates by City trucks entering the property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Boot Ranch, Inc., and the City of Clearwater,
Florida, who are parties to this License, have on the day and year first written
above, caused this License to be executed by their duly authorized officers.
