We are pleased to acknowledge your order for the purchase of a B1860
Data Processing System.
The Agreement for Equipment Sale ("Agreement") has been accepted by
Burroughs subject to your agreement with the following amendments,
which, when accepted by you, shall be incorporated as a part of the
Agreement as though referenced therein.
1. The Agreement for Equipment Sale accepted by you is
understood to consist of the following agreements

2. Paragraph 4 of Form No. 1906773 is revised by adding
the following at the end thereof:
"Response time is agreed to be a call by the field
engineering by either telephone or in person during
the four (4) hour period. If said response is by
telephone and it is determined an on-site response
is then necessary, a commitment, acceptible to the City, will be made by
Burroughs as to the specific time the service at-
tention will be given in person."
Please signify your agreement with the above by signing in the space
provided and returning the enclosed copy of this letter to me.
