THIS AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT, made this q - day of

r------...(;7' ''19gg., between the COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, a public agency, hereinafter called "Lessor," and
the BILGORE GROVES and BILGORE LIQUIDATING TRUST, hereinafter called
"L essee."
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into a Lease Agreement dated
May 27, 1987, and desire to amend the Lease Agreement in order to extend the term
thereof as provided herein; now therefore
IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and promises herein contained, the
parties agree as follows:
1. The term of the lease is hereby extended by an additional two months and
shall expire on April 30, 1989.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement shall continue to
remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein by reference as if set forth
in full.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused these presents to be executed
the day and year first wri tten above.
