LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH ATTACHED DRAWING IN FILE

The following constitutes a letter of agreement between the City
of Clearwater, party of the first part (hereinafter referred to as the "City"),
and Bank of Clearwater, party of the second part (hereinafter referred to as
the "Bank"), and the attached map is included herein and made a part of this
agreement.
WHEREAS the City desires to realign Laura Street to connect with
Hendricks Street by way of the City's parking lot (formerly Atlantic -Coast Line .

Railroad right-of-way) the respective parties hereby Signify their agreement
to the following:

1. The Bank will deed to the City a triangular piece of property
of approximately 900 square feet located at the southwest
comer of the parcel owned by the Bank north of Laura Street
and east of the City's parking lot. (Parcel A on attached map.)
2. The City will deed to the Bank a strip of land 10' wide
containing approximately 900 square feet located immediately
west of the parcel owned by the Bank and north of the relocated
Laura Street. (Parcel B on attached map.)
3. The Bank has been authorized to secure a right-of-way dBed
from Lykes Bros. Inc. covering a piece of property of approxi-
mately 600 square feet located at the northeast corner oLthe
parcel owned by Lykes Bros. Inc. south of Hendricks Street
and west of the City Parking Lot. (Parcel C on attached map.)
4. The City will terminate its lease dated February 15, 1971, on
the following property formerly owned by the Bank and now
owned by Lykes Bros. Inc. , Lots 1 and 2, Block 8, Gould
and Ewings First Addition according to the map or plat. thereof
as recorded in Plat Book I, page 24 of the Public Recordsbf
Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was
formerly a part. The City will forfeit any proceeds to which
it would otherwise be entitled under terms of the lease.
All costs of construction of streets, paving, curbing, sidewalks, etc.,
as shown on the attached map will be borne by the City. All deeds and legal
instruments required by this agreement will be prepared by the City Attorney
and will be executed by the parties at the earliest possible date.
