Dear Mr. Nlcho~s ;
We propose to complete the
necessary till for the northern extention of Coronado
Drive to Causeway Boulevard making the width of said right-
of-way a total of 150 teet.
This fill is to be made with
the express stipulation that upon its completion the City
will construct thereon a mixed in place pavement 20 feet in
width which constitutes the Easterly 20 feet of a pavement
which would be uniform to the entire right-of-way. I further
agree to contribute $250.00 toward the cost of this pavement.
It is our intention at some
future date to either make, or assist in the making thereor,
of a landscape planting in the Central Parkway bounded by
this pavement and the present concrete paving on the West.
In consideration of this im-
provement made by the Clearwater Beach Properties, Inc.,
----'bhe--B--i-t-y--agreea to -keep the water .front and shore line along ,
the above described fill at all times as a parkway free and
clear of business privileges, squatters and trespassers,
and business concessions of any 'kind whatsoever, except that
one public pier of substantial design may be built by either
party extending out rt>om the center line of this fill to the
East, or this shore may be lined with boat slips of a uniform
and substantial construction under the City's control.
