2. The City rma)} at any time in the future notify the Owner, his heirs, personal
represenb,tives, succ:te$'$ors or assigns that the City in its sole discretion has determined
that it is a.dvisable aneillmecessary to have sidewalks irnstalled in connection with said
described real propert:;y.
3. The Owner Q!t lliis heirs, personal repl'ese}:li)tatives. successors or assigns shall
at his expense within l1riiE!ety (90) days from the notiffca.tiLon by the City have sidewalks in-
