Since there are no sidewalks within 200 feet of the above-referenced properties, you meet the requirements as set forth in the afore- mentioned Code section. Therefore, I am pleased to inform you that a temporary waiver of the sidewalk installation requirement is granted on the above-referenced properties. The two lots for which the waivers are requested apparently are in the process of being annexed into the City and are the last lots in the subdivision.
