AGREEMENT RE SEWER CONNECTIONAGREEMEN T
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida. intends to con-
structa sewer line in the following described area:
Bounded on the north by the south line of
Granada Street, bounded on the south by the
north line of Sedeeva Street, bounded on. the
east by the west line of Wilson Boulevard,
and bounded on the west by-the=east line of
Edgewater Drive, and
WHEREAS,' it is necessary to constructa trunk line sewer
in Sunset Point•Road and Stevenson Avenue to serve.the above
described area, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned is the owner of Lot 23, Sunset,
Point Subdivision, according to the'mapor plat thereof as re-
corded in Plat Book 1, Page 5$ of the public records of Pinellas
County, Florida, and desires to be connected to said sewer,
.which sewer with a small extension can serve said Lot 23.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideratibn of the City of Clearwater
making the necessary provisions to provide for connecting said
Lot 23 to the adjacent :sewer line, and upon making said connection,
the undersigned agrees to pay to the City of Clearwater such sum.
or sums of money as the cost of theimprovements to said Lot 23
shall cost; provided, however, that such amount charged. by the
City shall not exceed that of other properties similar in nature
and receiving similar benefits as provided, for' in tha assessments
made by the City of Clearwater for the construction of said sewer
lines
It is further agreed and understood that the:,cost of said
sewer connection shall constitute .a. lien against -the .said .Lot, 23
until said costs .arepaid, ..
This agreement shall he binding , on
and assigns, and grantees of. the undersigned.
