The above-referenced property does not meet the requirements as set forth in the aforementioned Code, paragraph (e). Since the existing sidewalk along Gould Street is within 200 feet of the property at 1150 Gould Street, the requirements for a waiver are not met. Therefore, I cannot grant a temporary waiver of the sidewalk installation requirement and your request is denied. Sidewalks are required along both the Gould Street and the Madison Avenue frontages.
