ASSIGM1ENT OF LEASEHOLD
WITNESS this Indenture made this 23rd day of April,
1975, between ALBERT L. ROGERO, JR., TRUSTEE, the Assignor, of the
one part, and AL ROGERO AND ASSOCIATES, INC., a Florida corporation
J. A. HADLEY, SR.; and BRADY NELSON; the Assignees, of the other
part:
Lease"), GERTRUDE S. NALL, joined by her husband, JAMES B. NALL,
leased unto the undersigned ALBERT L. ROGERO, JR., TRUSTEE, for a
,lease term of fifty-five (55) years certain real property situate,
'lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida, and described in said'
NaIl Lease; and
WHEREAS, copies of said original Lease Instrument and
Amendment thereto constituting the NaIl Lease are attached and

by reference, fully incorporated herein and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of the parties
(that the said original Lessee shall assign and transfer said NaIl

!Lease and the leasehold interest therein unto the Assignees here-
~inafter named, and the Assignees shall hereafter indemnify and hol~
:harmless the original Lessee from any rents, covenants, conditions
or stipulations specified in said NaIl Lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the
iundersigned Albert L. Rogero, Jr., Trustee, hereby assigns and
transfers all and singular the hereditamentsand premises comprised.
. in and demised by the said NaIl Lease, unto the following Assignees
in the following shares and proportions: unto Al Rogero and
Associates, Inc., a three-fourths (3/4) interest in said
