ADDENDUM TO SUB-LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS ADDENDUM TO SUB-LEASE AGREEMENT made this 4th day of
March, 1976, between AL ROGERO AND ASSOCIATES, INC., a Florida
corporation, herein referred to as "LESSEE" and JOSEPH RODRIGUEZ,
herein referred to as "SUB-LESSEE."

certain rights and duties not set forth in said Sub-Lease
Agreement,
NOW THEREFORE, for and in ~onsideration of the mutual
covenants herein contained and in further consideration of
the mutual covenants and undertakings set forth in the
Sub-Lease Agreement, the parties have respectively promised
unto and covenanted and agreed with each other as follows:
1. In the event LESSEE becomes the fee simple owner of
the property described in Exhibits A and B to the Sub-Lease
Agreement, LESSEE shall within one year of becoming the fee
simpl~ Ow~er of such property afford SUB-LESSEE an opportunity
to purchase such property for a price and upon terms and
conditions to be agreed upon by the parties. In the event
SUB-LESSEE does not purchase said property in accordance with
the foregoing, then SUB-LESSEE shall have a" right of first refusal

to purchase said property on the same terms and conditions
and for the same price as is offered to LESSEE by any bona fide
third party purchaser.
2. In the event SUB-LESSEE purchases such prope~ty, in
accordance with the foregoing paragraph, AL ROGERO AND ASSOCIATES,
INC., and RUTH BUSH shall be entitled to share equally a TEN
PER CENT (10%) commission of the sales price, said commission to
be paid by Seller at the time of closing.

AL ROGERO, to me know~ and who being by me duly sworn, did
depose and say that he resides in Clearwater, Florida; that he
is the President of AL ROGERO AND ASSOCIATES, INC., the corpo-
ration described in and which executed the above instrument,
and that he knows the seal of said corporation; that the seal
affixed to said instrument is such corporate seal; that it '\vas
so affixed by order of the Board of Directors of said corporation,
and that he signed his name thereto by like order.
