establishing an indebtedness evidenced by that certain Note, a copy of which is attached as
Exhibit A to the Agreement, in the principal sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and
imposing certain covenants upon the property which is legally described as follows:
Lot 10, Block G, Carlton Terrace 1st Addition
as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 39 of Pinellas
County Records
The CITY OF CLEARWATER hereby acknowledges payment in full of the indebtedness
evidenced by the Note, in the amount of $ 200.00, which payment satisfies Paragraph 2(c) of the
Agreement. All other terms of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
