Enclosed you will find an ~endment to Agreement re-
lating to the City of Clearwater/Bullard Agreement dated
January 23, 1981.
You will note that I have slightly modified your pro-
posed Amendment to reflect Fred B. Bullard's and Sound Builders'
interest in the subject parcels.
Fred B. Bullard, Jr. intends to sell Parcel A to SWFWMD
and Sound Builders, Inc. intends to sell Parcel Cto SWFWMD.
As I indicated in our recent telephone conversation,
the closing for Parcels A and C is scheduled for May 12, 1981.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, entered into this

, 1981, by and between FRED B. BULLARD, JR.
and SOUND BUILDERS, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter
called "Developer", as their interest may appear, and the CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, hereinafter called "Ci ty" ~
WIT N E SSE T H :
WHEREAS, on January 23, 1981, City entered into an
agreement with Fred B. Bullard, Jr. relating to the sale of
certain parcels for a water creek management project known as
the Alligator Creek Water Management Project and other considerations
relating to the development of the remaining parcels~ and
WHEREAS, because of a title problem a delay has been
occasioned in the purchase of the parcels identified in the
Agreement~ and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to extend the time for purchase
of such parcels~ and
WHEREAS, Fred B. Bullard, Jr. is willing to extend the
time of purchase to July 1, 1981, and also wishes to have the
Agreement amended to have the Agreement be one between Sound
Builders, Inc. and the City~
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. That the opening paragraph of the Agreement dated
January 23, 1981, is hereby amended to add Sound Builders, Inc.,
a Florida corporation, as an additional party and that said
Sound Builders, Inc. now owns Parcels "B" and "C: and Fred B.
Bullard, Jr. is the owner of Parcel "A" and neither Fred B.
Bullard, Jr. or Sound Builders, Inc. now owns Parcel "E".
2. That paragraph 6(a) of that certain Agreement by and
between Fred B. Bullard, Jr. and the City of Clearwater, Florida,
dated January 23, 1981, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:

6(a) In the event that SWFWMD does not purchase Parcels
"A" and "C" on or before July 1, 1981, this agreement
shall be null and void unless otherwise agreed by
the parties. If the agreement becomes null and void
because of the event set out in this paragraph, the
occurrence of such event shall not affect the prior
site plan approval of Parcel liB".
3. That except as amended herein, the remaining provisions
of that certain agreement dated January 23, 1981, shall remain in
full force and effect.
