This First Amendment to Commer4a1 Improvement Grant Agreement (this "First
Amendment") is made and entered into this (CI day of mb , 2026 by and between
THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, a public body corporate and politic of the State of Florida created pursuant to Part III,
Chapter 163, Florida Statutes (the "Agency") and CHARLIE HARRIS, TRUSTEE UNDER
AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 19 2004 F/B/O CHARLIE HARRIS., a Florida
Corporation (the "Applicant") (collectively, the Agency and the Applicant are the "Parties").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Parties entered into that certain Commercial Improvement Grant
Agreement dated July 29, 2025 (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, An extension of the project deadline is needed due to current project
schedule and work that has not been completed yet.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained
herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt whereof being
hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Recitals. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are incorporated herein and made
a part of this First Amendment.
2. Amended Grant Date. The Agreement and its exhibits are hereby amended to reflect that
the grant completion date is January 29, 2027.
3. In the event of conflict or ambiguity between the terms and provisions of this First Amendment
and the Agreement, the term and provisions of this First Amendment shall control to the extent
of any such conflict or ambiguity.
4. All sections of the Agreement not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and
effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this First Amendment on the date
