THIS ASSIGNMENT OF LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (the "Assignment") is made
effective as of this first day of July, 2026, by Bolves Law Group, PLLC, ("Bolves Law Group"),
with the JOINDER and CONSENT of the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation
'organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida ("City").
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, On May 11, 2026 Bolves Law Group entered into an Supplemental
Retainer Agreement for Legal Services ("Agreement") for the representation of the City in
the cases Bayesplanade. com, LLC vs. City of Clearwater 24 -001035 -CI and
Bayesplanade. com, LLC vs. City of Clearwater 21 -002944 -CI. A copy of that agreement is
attached.
WHEREAS, effective July 1, 2026, Bolves Law Group has merged its practice with the law
firm of Nason Yeager Gerson Harris & Fumero, P. A. ("Nason Yeager") and Brian Bolves, Esq.
and Laura Scala-Olympio, Esq. have joined that firm for the continued practice of law.
ASSIGNMENT:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained
herein, and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged, the parties to this Assignment hereby agree as follows:
1. Recitals. The Recitals to this Assignment are true and correct and are hereby
incorporated by reference and made a part hereof.
2. Assignment. Effective July 1, 2026, Bolves Law Group has assigned all its rights, title and
interest in and to the Agreements Into Nason Yeager. Involves for services rendered by the
Bolves Law Group through and including June 30, 2026, have not been assigned and should be
paid to the Bolves Law Group.
3. Invoices for services rendered after June 30, 2026, will be payable to and issued by
Nason Yeager as directed by the City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Bolves Law Group, PLLC has executed this Assignment
and as of the date set forth above.

Dear Owen:
Thank you for choosing Bolves Law Group, PLLC to serve as counsel for the above-
named matter. This will serve as a proposal of the terms under which our firm will provide legal
services to you regarding the above. This letter is intended to briefly explain our billing practices
and procedures.
Our fees will be based upon the ethical rules governing our practice. The amount of our
statement will be the fair value of the services provided taking into account the time spent by the
lawyers involved, the type of service we are being asked to perform, any special level of
expertise required, the size and scope of the matter, the results obtained, and other relevant
considerations.
The hourly attorney rate charged will be $300.00/hour for Senior attorneys, and
$125.00/hour for Paralegals. Other lawyers, law clerks, and legal assistants of our firm may
participate in the representation to the appropriate extent. Our fees for these matters under this
supplemental retainer agreement will not exceed $75,000.00.
It is our policy to provide you with the most effective support systems available, while at
the same time allocating the costs of such systems in accordance with the usage of the services
by individual clients. Therefore, in addition to our fees for legal services, we also charge
separately for certain costs and expense disbursements, including messenger, courier, and other
communication costs; long-distance telephone; document reproduction; and computer research
facilities. These items will be billed at cost. Large disbursement billings may be forwarded by us
to you for direct payment by you to the supplier.

Our billing statements to you will be rendered on a monthly basis and are due and
payable upon receipt. We will make every effort to include disbursements in the statement for
the month in which the disbursements are incurred. Some disbursements are not available to us
until the following month in which case a supplemental statement will be rendered for these
additional charges.
We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you now and in the future. Our goal is
to provide legal services to you on the most cost-effective basis possible. Tf.at any time you wish

specifically, we encourage you to contact us.
Please indicate your understanding of the agreement to the above-described engagement
by signing and dating this letter in the spaces provided below. Please do not hesitate to contact
