1. Chairman Morfopoulos called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. Citizens to be Heard Regarding Items Not on the agenda. None.
3. Old Business
3.1. Second Public Millage Hearing– Resolution 02-19.
Review by Chairman Morfopoulos, reading by Member Teixeira. No citizens' comments.
Member Teixeira moved to approve Resolution 02-19. The motion was duly seconded and upon
roll call,the vote was:
Ayes: Chairman Morfopoulos, Member Jammo, Member Cassano, Member Sjouwerman, and
Member Teixeira.
Nays: None.
Motion carried.
3.2. Second Public Budget Hearing–Resolution 03-19.
Review by Chairman Morfopoulos, reading by Member Sjouwerman. No citizens' comments.
Member Jammo moved to approve Resolution 03-19. The motion was duly seconded and upon roll
call,the vote was:
Ayes: Chairman Morfopoulos, Member Jammo, Member Cassano, Member Sjouwerman, and
Member Teixeira.
Nays: None.
Motion carried.
3.3. Parking Study Presentation.
Review by CRA Director Thompson of the 2018 Parking Study. Ms.Thompson addressed questions
regarding the number of parking lots counted, how future parking demand was calculated and
potential locations for new public parking.
4. Board Members to be Heard.

Member Teixeira would like the DDB to consider funding a special event to raise funds to help hurricane
victims in the Bahamas.The Board agreed to consider a request at their next meeting.
