Roll Call
Present 4 -Board Member Bryan Voliton, Board Member Kimberly DiVito, Board
Member Johnathan Barnes, and Board Member Gregory Byrd
Also Present 2 —Amber Brice —Arts & Cultural Affairs Manager, and Danielle DeBois —

1. Call To Order
The Chair called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
2. Approval of Minutes
2.1 Approve the October 9, 2025 Public Art & Design Board Meeting Minutes
Board Member Barnes moved to approved the minutes the motion was
duly seconded and carried unanimously.
3. Citizens to be Heard Regarding Items Not on the Agenda: None
4. New Business Items
4.1 World's Largest Rubber Duck Installation Recap
Arts and Cultural Affairs Manager Amber Brice presented on the World's
Largest Rubber Duck's Installation success.
4.2 City Hall Sculpture Selection
Ms. Brice presented the selected sculpture for City Hall's suspended
sculpture winner, Ripple by James Peterson, to be installed October
2026.
4.3 Marymont Park Restroom Building Mural
Ms. Brice presented on the murals painted on the Marymont Park Restroom
Building.
4.4 North Greenwood Mural Festival Update
Ms. Brice said fewer businesses applied than expected and so it has
been pushed back at this time.
4.5 Selection of Chair and Vice Chair
Ms. Brice reviewed the board terms and expiration dates so they may
reapply as appropriate prior to the next board meeting.

6. Board Members to be Heard
The Board discussed the success of the World's Largest Rubber Duck
and the subsequent impact on Clearwater as a whole, thanking Ms. Brice
for her efforts. Additional large shows, guest appearances, experiences,
and lesser utilized art medians were discussed as potential features at
Coachman Park in the future in the wake of the exhibit's success.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
