The Town of Belleair, a Florida municipal corporation, whose address is 901 Ponce
De Leon Boulevard, Belleair, Florida 33756, ("Grantor"), for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the CITY
OF CLEARWATER, a Florida municipal corporation, whose address is 600 Cleveland St.,
Suite 600, Clearwater, Florida 33755 (the "City"), and its successors and assigns, a
perpetual and irrevocable Public Utility Easementupon the following lands (th e "Property")
located in Pinellas County, Florida:
That part of Watkins Road Tying within the City Limits of Clearwater and
abutting Block B, Bay Parkway (platted street name) Bay Avenue currentstreet name
and Lake Avenue (platted street name) Waters Avenue current street name of
Westover Subdivison as recorded In Plat Book 18, Page 25 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida.
This Public Utility Easement grants to the City a non-exclusive right to the Property
for purposes of accessing, installing, maintaining, repairing and replacing public utilities.
The City's rights to the property are limited to the purposes stated herein, and this
easement shall not convey fee simple title to the Property. In the event the City abandons
the use of this Public Utility Easement for the stated purposes, all right, title and interest
herein granted shall immediately revert to the Grantor or the Grantor's successors in title.
