Project Background
The redevelopment of 629-633 Cleveland Street reconfigures a series of
narrow, fragmented retail spaces into a cohesive commercial property.
Previously constrained by inefficient layouts, the building is being transformed
through a redesign of both interior space and street presence. Smaller units
are being combined into larger, more functional layouts, while a curved glass
storefront and recessed facade will improve visibility, create depth and
establish a more distinctive presence along Cleveland Street.
Project Goal
The project supports a mix of health, wellness and personal service tenants
serving downtown residents, workers and visitors. By improving functionality,
transparency and street -level engagement, it contributes to a more active
pedestrian environment and strengthens the continuity of the Cleveland Street
corridor as part of the city's broader downtown development efforts.
