Previously constrained by inefficient layouts, the building is being transformed through a redesign of both interior space and street presence. Smaller units are being combined into larger, more functional layouts, while a curved glass storefront and recessed facade will improve visibility, create depth and establish a more distinctive presence along Cleveland Street. Project Goal The project supports a mix of health, wellness and personal service tenants serving downtown residents, workers and visitors.
