At this time we serve as the company's agent bank under a $12 million unsecured term loan and an $11 million revolving credit. We are in the process of increasing the latter facility to $21ml1.Tion. At -tj,-i'-preeent- time Vision- Cable has a maximum unu~-ed-credit availability of $3.1 million under existing facilities which will become $13.1 million as soon as the pending documentation is completed. We have been asked by the c~pany to reserve $6 million of their available credit for use in the Clearwater franchise.
