Dear Ms. Goudeau:
I am very pleased to present to you Vision Cable's 194 Year in
Review. We are proud of our progress and commi tment to this
community, and also that we helped build Vision Cable into one of
the most progressive cable company's in the country. And now, we
will help foster the development of cutting-edge technologies,
services and customer relations for the second largest cable
operation in the world!
As you know, April 1 marked the close of the previously announced
joint venture between us and Time Warner Cable. Although our name
has changed -- the people, the service, and our commitment to you
has not. We will continue to provide you with the same quality
service and community involvement as we always have in the past.
We are very excited about our new partnership because we believe it
will afford us a prominent place in the highly competitive
marketplace of the future. As a prominent world leader in
telecommunications, Time Warner will benefit and add strength to
our operation. And, most importantly, Time Warner, like Vision
Cable, believes in keeping customers happy.
Today is indeed a milestone for our company. We are proud to be a
part of the Time Warner family as we enter a new era of
telecommunications.
If you have any questions or comments regarding the enclosed
report, Vision Cable 194 Year in Review, please feel free to call
me at 797-1818. As always, I want you to know where we've been and
where we're going in the future. Thanks for your support, and I
~~~ ~earing from you soon.
