RELEASE OF LAND USE RESTRICTION AGREEMENT
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM (HOME PROGRAM)
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation (the
"City"), does hereby release the property described below from that certain Land Use Restriction Agreement entered into
by and between the City and Clearwater Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation,
bearing the date of November 26, 2024 and recorded on November 26, 2024 in O.R. Book 22986 Page 2512 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and hereby declares said Land Use Restriction Agreement fully satisfied.
Lot 78, Carolina Terrace Annex, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 30 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Clearwater, Florida in its corporate capacity, has caused this Release of Land Use
