1. Call To Order
The meeting was called to order at 9:02 a.m.
2. Approval of Minutes
2.1 Approve the October 14, 2025, AHAC Meeting Minutes.
Member Byars moved to approve the minutes of the October 14, 2025
Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Meeting as submitted in
written summation. The motion was duly seconded and carried
unanimously.
3. New Business
3.1 Third Discussion of Housing Incentive Programs - Amanda Warner, Wade Trim
Consultant
Amanda Warner from Wade Trim presented a PowerPoint to review with
the committee sought changes to the LHIS report for the coming year.
4. Citizens to be heard regarding items not on the agenda: NONE
5. Adjournment
