Hi Mike!
It was so nice to hear from you yesterday and I entered your notes into our cemetery program regarding Block 2 / Lot 7 /
Space 15. Please see attached map and drawing of spaces with names.
When the time comes, the funeral director will notify the City Clerk Department staff (me) to have the space flagged for
a burial. We need a few days notice for Parks & Rec to flag the space. There is a $30.00 staking fee. Once the burial is
complete, we will update the notes in the cemetery program. The City Clerk Department is also the contact for the
monument company when they need to place the monuments. Again, Parks & Rec will flag the space for them. There is
no staking fee to place monuments. We provide a map for both the Funeral Home and the Monument Company.
Parks & Rec staff will be happy to show you the spaces. Just give Nate Brigman a call to set up a time. There is still clean
up work being done at the cemetery following the hurricanes, so might be better to wait until after the 1st of the new
year.
IIIope this answers your questions. You can always call me with any issues.
Happy Holidays!

Oren,
It was a pleasure speaking with you yesterday morning. After speaking with my brother Hugh yesterday
afternoon, here is a review of what we would like to do with plot 15.
1
My wife Elizabeth and I both plan on cremation. Our estate administrator will be in charge of handling our
cremains upon our passing keeping the first person's ashes until the last person's passing. Those two sets of cremains will
then be combined. Next the combined cremains will be placed into two containers one for burial in plot 15 and the other•
for ash distribution in other locations in North America.
My cousin, Francis Smith Coachman and his wife Judith Coachman plan on doing the same with their cremains
placing one container at the opposite end of plot 15. We both will want to place a stone monument at opposite ends of
the plot.
With whom do I need to speak to add our full names into the city cemetery documents? When the time comes
to place monuments and eventual cremains how do we identify the exact location of plot 15? I do have the names and
#'s of Nathan Brigman and Scott Burrows.
Mike Coachman,
