Present: 5 - Board Member Robyn Fiel, Board Member Linda Byars, Board Member
Christine Bond, Board Member Kelly Batsford, and Board Member Charessa Doty
Absent: 1 - Board Member Frank Cornier

1. Call To Order
The meeting was called to order at 10:10 a.m.
2. Approval of Minutes
2.1 Approve the July 8, 2025, NAHAB Meeting Minutes.
Member Byars moved to approve the minutes of the July 8, 2025
Neighborhood and Affordable Housing Advisory Board meeting as submitted
in written summation. The motion was duly seconded and carried
unanimously.
3. Citizens to be Heard Regarding Items Not on the Agenda: NONE
4. New Business Items
4.1 Subrecipients Performance Report
Community Development Coordinator II Dania Perez presented a
PowerPoint on the Subrecipients Performance Report. In response to
questions it was confirmed funds should be exhausted by the close of this
fiscal year.
4.2 Discuss the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program Annual
Report and Local Housing Incentive Certification for the closeout year
2022-2023 and interim year 2023-2024.

Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) records of FY2022-2023 and
FY2023-2024.
