the City Commission on September 2, 1982 and certified
by the City Clerk on September 14, 1982.
The Clearwater Housing Authority is now requesting
that the site plan be amended to incorporate a new
combination fence and wall to the rear of Buildings 11
and 12 to afford protection from the drainage ditch.
