On December 23, 1982, the Resource Development Committee recommended
approval of the final site plan for the Sunset Point Branch of Pioneer
Federal Savings and Loan subject to several conditions which have been
satisfied.

1. An easement be granted for the sanitary sewer across the adjoining
property prior to the issuance of a certificate of Occupancy.
2. The requisite initial building permit(s) be issued within six (6)
months from the date of City Manager's approval of the final site
plan and all requisite certificate(s) of occupancy be issued with-
in two (2) years from the date of issuance of the initial building
permit.
If you concur with the RDCrecommendation of approval, please initial this
memo and forward the ten attached copies of the final site plan to the City
Clerk for certification and distribution.
