An easement be granted for the sanitary sewer across the adjoining property prior to the issuance of a certificate of Occupancy. 2. The requisite initial building permit(s) be issued within six (6) months from the date of City Manager's approval of the final site plan and all requisite certificate(s) of occupancy be issued with- in two (2) years from the date of issuance of the initial building permit.
