The City Commission approved the site plan for David Industries on July 16, 1981. The City Clerk subsequently certified the plan on July 17, 1981. '.w,,_ The developers are now requesting to increase the office and ware- house area, increase the number of p'arking spaces, and relocate the dumpster pad. Arrangements have also been made with the Public Works Department to make a cash payment in lieu of providing on-site retention.
