The Development Review Committee at its meeting of February 13,
1986, approved the above described item subject to the following
conditions:
1. The fire hydrant location shall be subject to approval by the
Fire Marshall.
2. The dumpster location shall be modified on the site plan as
required by the Sanitation Department of the City. (Has been
modified on the revised plan submitted for certification.
Modified plan approved by Sanitation/Utilities on 8-27-86).
3. Final landscape plans shall be submitted prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
4. The park and open space assessment fee shall be paid prior to
City certification of the final site plan. (Paid 6-30-86)
5. The requisite initial building permits shall be issued within
six months from the date of approval of the final site plan
and all requisite certificates of occupancy shall be issued
within two years of issuance of the initial building permit.
Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditions 1, 3
and 5 listed above, and distribute.
