BETTER BUILDERS OF PINELLAS is proposing to improve the property of Mr. and
Mrs. Bert Lind of 2021 San Sebastian Way S., CLearwater 34623, by capping the
existing screen room slab up to existing house level. We will block in walls
and adding 8'ft.on to existing screen room and install a conventional gable
roof. Alongside new family room, we will be building an 8'x13' aluminum screen
room and will install all electric to code. This work will not be encroaching
on any property lines and the work will conform to the city and state codes
and regulations.

Building Coverage is the area of the lot covered by the ground floor area of all roofed
buildings and structures on the" lot, as measured from the exterior faces of the exterior
walls, with the area expressed as a percentage of the area of the lot.
To calculate building coverage: determine the ground floor area of all roofed buildings and
structures on the lot and divide it by the total area of the lot. For example, if the
