The site plan for Sunset-Coachman Center, Atkinson Van Horn Associates,
was approved by the City Commission on September 17, 1981 subject to
the following conditions:
1. The out-parcel identified on the site plan of Sunset
Coachman Center as the Bank site be subject to
subsequent site plan review, and the total site be
platted as otherwise required.
2. The requisite initial building permit(s) be issued
within six (6) months from the date of City Commission
approval of the preliminary site plan and all requisite
certificate(s) of occupancy be issued within two (2)
years from the date of issuance of the initial building
permit.
Attached are five copies of the site plan for your certification and
distribution.
