The Development Review Committee at its meeting of April 23, 1992 approved the above described final site plan subject
to the following conditions:

1. The applicant shall provide site calculations.
2. Zoning UC(C) shall be indicated on the site plan.
3. Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, the minimum 6% interior landscaping shall be installed.
4. Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, the fence shall be brought into compliance with the
requirements of the Land Development Code.
5. Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, the sidewalks shall be installed along all rights-of-way as
indicated on the site plan.
6. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, easements for all sidewalks must be show on the site plan.

As conditions 1,2,4,5, and 6 have been met, please certify the attached plans subject to conditions 3 listed above and
distribute.
