SIGNAGE: (DIVISION 19/ SECTION 3-1806)
All Existing: We have a picture that shows the existing sign on the proposed location;
this is the only sign at this location at this time, and it is placed over the front entrance
facing Cleveland Street. The sign is approx. 4.5 feet high and 1 foot wide. Thcre is an
additional sign on the front of the building, which states the address of the location. Both
signs will be replaced.
All Proposed: The proposed signs will include a large sign on the front facade of the
building, as well as, two freestanding signs on both streets near the entrances. We havc
enclosed a copy of the front attached sign and the two freestanding signs. '1 'he attached
sign will be lit with 4-gooseneck lights, as well as, some ground lights. The freestanding
signs are going to be ground lit as well. All the measuremenls €lre included in the arList
rendering attached. The surrounding area has been, and is being completely developed
with similar signage.

Requirements in the event the application includes a development where design standards
are in issue or as part of a Comprehensive Infill Redcvelopment Project or a Residential
Infill Project.
Building elevation drawings- below are photos of all sides of the proposed location.
The location will remain the same with the exception of the color of the building) <1.." well
as, the awnings that are going to be replaced. The front sign and the ft'eestanding signs
will be replaced, according to the requirements set forth in the attached application tor
the Comprehensive Sign Program. The current height is approx 15-17 fcet. The current
