Dear Mr. and Mrs, Niggebrugge:
On August 10, 2000, the Development Review Committee (DRC) reviewed your application for
Flexible Standard development to reduce the front setback from 25 feet to 19 feet for an addition to
an existing house. The DRC unanimously recommended approval of the application. I concur
with the findings of the Development Review Committee and, through this letter, approve your
application for Flexible Standard development.
Pursuant to Section 4-303, an application for building permit shall be made within one (1) year of
the date of this Development Order (August 22,2001), All required certificates of occupancy shall
be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the initial building permit. Time frames
do not change with successive owners,
Please be aware that the issuance of this Development Order does not relieve you of the necessity
to obtain any building permits or pay any impact fees that may be required. In order to facilitate
the issuance of any permit or license affected by this approval, please bring a copy of this letter
with you when applying for any permits or licenses that require this prior development approval.
