RE: Development Order (Revised) regarding case FLS 00-06-41 at 3150 McMullen Booth Road
Dear Mr. Maher:
On July 6, 2000, the Development Review Committee (DRC) reviewed your application to reduce
the side setback from 20 feet to 10 feet. The DRC unanimously recommended approval of the
proposal. I concur with the findings of the Development Review Committee and, through this letter,
approve your application subject to the following conditions:
1, That signage comply with Code;
2, That the oak tree be protected during construction and at-grade pavers or concrete be installed
around it to protect the root system;
3. That signed and sealed drawings, perimeter elevations, and cross-sections of pavement be
submitted with the building permit; and
4. That written documentation be provided from Pinellas County that certifies that no County
permit is needed for the driveway shown on the site plan, prior to issuance of Certificate of
Occupancy,

A building permit shall be made within one (1) year of the date of this Development Order and all
required certificates of occupancy shall be obtained within one (1) year of the date of issuance of
the initial building permit. Permitted time frames do not change with successive owners and an
extension of time may be granted by the Community Development Coordinator for a period not to
exceed one year and only with in the original period of validity,
Please be aware that the issuance of this Development Order does not relieve you of the necessity
to obtain any building permits that may be required. In order to facilitate the issuance of any
permit or license affected by this approval, please bring a copy of this letter with you when
applying for any permits or licenses that require this prior development approval.
