SURVEY NOTES / REPORT
1. Type of Survey: Boundary Survey (61 G17-6.002(8)(b)) and
Topographic Survey (61 G17-5.002(8)(L)).
2. Dote of Field Survey: July 18, 2000.
3. Dote of Computat ions: August 24, 2000.
4. Bearings shown hereon are based upon the platted bearings,
specifically the westerly right-of-way line of Island Way
(easterly line of subject prop~rty) being S40'35'19"W.
5. Elevat ions shown hereon are based upon National Geodetic
Vertical Datum, 1929 (NGVD). The control benchmark utilized
was City of Clearwater Benchmark "G3.5" at elevation 7.445'.
5. The boundary I ine measurements (as wel I as the improvement
locations) that ore shown hereon were obtained utilizing 0
standard field traverse which met or exceeded the minimum
accuracy standards associated with this type of survey. If 0
boundary line measurement, (M), is not shown, that particular
bearing or distance was found to be in substantial conformance
with the I ine's record value.
7. All visible improvements (with the exception of sprinkler
heads) on or immediately adjacent to subject property have
