9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN COPIES OF ALL APPUCABLE PERMITS ON-SITE AND
SHALL ADHERE TO ALL PERMIT CONDITIONS DURING CONSTRUCTION.
10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PENAL TIES/FINES LEVlED DUE TO WORK
THAT IS NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH PERMIT CONDITIONS.
11. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL USE APPROPRIA TE MEASURES TO PREVENT EROSION AND
TRANSPORT OF SEDIMENT MATERIAL TO INLETS, SURFACE DRAINS, LAKES AND WETLAND
AREAS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL USE STRAW BALES, SILT BARRIERS OR OTHER APPROPRIATE
