Dear Dr. Ali:
On May 11, 2000, the Development Review Committee (DRC) reviewed your application
for a car wash as an accessory use to an existing automobile service station. The DRC
unanimously recommended approval of the proposal with the condition that all signage
meet the requirements of Code. I concur with the findings of the Development Review
Committee and, through this letter, approve your application for Flexible Standard
approval with the above condition.
Please be aware that the issuance of this Development Order does not relieve that
applicant of the necessity to obtain any building permits that may be required. In order to
facilitate the issuance of any permit or license affected by this approval, please bring a
copy of this letter with you when applying for any permits or licenses which require this
prior development approval.
