This is the only two story structure in the residential part of our neighborhood (Hercules-

I would like to voice my concerns over the "shed" at 19 South Nimbus. There are other
sheds in our neighborhood. The sheds at 9 South Nimbus (two lots north) and 101 South
Nimbus (one lot south) are unobtrusive structures. They blend in with the other
structures in the area.

I am also including a copy of a survey of 20 South Mercury. The survey shows the rear
fence at the northwest comer is 2.2' east of the property line. When the Krege's installed
their fence, I asked that it not be placed east of the property line. The fence, however,
was installed immediately abutting mine. I ask that when a decision is made regarding
the setback, that this distance be measured from the property line, not from the Krege's
~ ;fence.
