RE: Development Order regarding case FLS 00-05-37 at 2764 Sunset Point.
.,
September 5,2000
Cornerstone Communities, Inc.
To Whom It May Concern:
On June 8, 2000, the Development Review Committee (DRC) reviewed your application to reduce
the side setback from 20 feet to 10 feet. The DRC unanimously recommended approval of the
proposal with the following conditions:
1, That signage comply with Code;
2. That in the event a medical office is leased on the site, parking shall meet current Code; and
3. That an ingress/egress easement be secured prior to the issuance ofa building permit
,
I concur with the findings of the Development Review Committee and, through this letter, approve
your application subject to the above conditions.
J
A building pennit shall be made within one (1) year of the date of this Development Order
(September 5, 2001) and all required certificates of occupancy shall be obtained within one (1)
year of the date of issuance of the initial building pennit. Permitted time frames do not change
with successive owners and an extension of time may be granted by the Community Development
Coordinator for a period not to exceed one year and only with in the original period of validity.
Please be aware that the issuance of this Development Order does not relieve you of the necessity
to obtain any building permits that may be required. In order to facilitate the issuance of any
permit or license affected by this approval, please bring a copy of this letter with you when
applying for any pennits or licenses that require this prior development approval.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Ryan Givens, Planner at 562-4504.
