SITE PLAN NOTES
Project Description: The proposed development consists
of the placement of cellular antenna's at the 125' elevation
on an existing 119' Florida Power Corp. lattice transmission
tower and the placement of an unmanned Stott! of Florida-
approved. modular equipment building within a fenced compound.
Existing Use: The existing use of the parent parcel is a
Florida Power Corp. transmission easement.
Site Address: The Street address of the parent parcel is
on Sunset Point Road, west of US 19. Clearwater.
Florida.
Lease Area: 972 Square feet (27' x 36').
Folio Identification Number: 29-16-06-00000-4-10-0300.
Geographic Location: Latitude 27 59 20.47 (NAD 27)
Longitude 82 44 01.66 (NAD 27)
Zoning Classification: The site's current zoning is
I (Institutional)
Compliance: The proposed development will be based upon
the following factors:
Antennae attachments to existiong utility structures
are permitted by city ordinance this district.
Wetlands: There are no wetlands within the proposed
site.
Flood Zone: This project lies in Flood Zone X
(Location outside of special flood hazzards area)
according to FIRM Map Community Panel 12513901260.
Water, sanitary sewer and solid waste collection
services are not required for the proposed property.
Ingress/Egress: The unmanned, state-approved modular
equipment building will be accessed over Sunset Point Rd., a
paved public right-of-way.
Impervious Area: This project proposes an addition of
265 square feet of impervious area be added to the site.
Handicapped Requirement: This facility is unmanned and
not for human habitation and therefore handicapped access
is not required.
Parking: No additional parking is required as this is an
unmanned facility.
Fence: A six (6') foot high chain link fence with not
less than eighty-five percent opacity shall be installed
around the proposed compound. Access to the compound
shall be through locked gates,
Advertising: Neither the communication tower nor the
tower site shall be used for any advertising purposes.
Tower Construction: Tower construction shall be in
compliance with the current EIA/TIA 222-F standards, as
published by the Electronic Industries Association, and
applicable Pinnelas County Construction/Building
codes.
