BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the City of
Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:
Lot 10, Block L, Carlton Terrace First Addition, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 39, Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida (ANX2007- 06014)
Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be
consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City Council hereby
accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the
public, which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed
property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning Director are directed to
include and show the property described herein upon the official maps and records of the
City. .
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. The City
Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map attached hereto, with
the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the County Administrator of Pinellas County,
Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and shall file a certified copy with the Florida
Department of State within 30 days after adoption.

Dear Mr. Healey, Mr. Smith & Lt. Sterling:
Pursuant to Section 6(2) of the County Ordinance No. 00-63, the City of Clearwater is hereby
notifying the Pinellas Planning Council of its receipt of a new application for voluntary
annexation of property located at 2767 Momingside Drive (ANX2007-06014) into its
jurisdiction. The subject properties are located within the City of Clearwater Planning Area and
upon annexation will be served by City of Clearwater sewer and solid waste service (where
available). The proposed annexation is consistent with Florida law regarding municipal
annexations through their adjacency with existing city boundaries and their compact in
concentration.
A copy of the petitions for annexation, the warranty deeds, including the legal descriptions, plats
of record and maps associated with this properties are enclosed.
