The CIty has reviewed a site plan applicatIOn for the expansIOn of the CountrysIde Foot
and Ankle Center, 2521 Enterpnse Dnve The plan Includes a 3,248 square foot
expansion to the eXistIng 3,200 square foot bUtldIng and a la-space parkIng lot expanslOn
to the east of the buildIng It IS my understandmg that the owners of the medIcal office
(Drs Bruce and Joan LeVIne) are plannmg to purchase a parcel ofland, approximately 64
feet by 180 feet, from the Ramada Inn to accomplish this expansIOn A shared access
easement for the eXlstmg curb cut on Countryside Boulevard (contamed wlthm the
purchase parcel) will be reqUired as part of the approval
A survey of the Ramada Inn site (dated May 6, 1991) has been revIewed to ensure that
the reductlOn In ItS area wlll not create any nonconformltles WIth regard to land use,
denSity, parkmg reqUlrements and bUlldmg setbacks The reductIon of thIS property does
not appear to create any nonconformltJes The mtended sale of the land to the Levme's
wIll not negatIvely Impact the Ramada Inn site With respect the City's Commumty
Development Code regulatIOns Please note that If Improvements have been added smce
the preparation of the 1991 survey, an additiOnal review of these Improvements should be
evaluated for conformance With the Code
