Board reviewed your apphcatIon to pennlt a retail sales and service estabhshment wlthm
the Office Dlstnct, as part of a ComprehensIve lnfill Redevelopment ProJcct, under the
provlsJOns of SectIon 2-1004, wIth a ComprehenSIve Landscape Program The proposal
mc1udes a boutIque-style CIgar shop with accessory beer and Wine sales for consumptIon
on premises to be located man eXIstmg 922 square foot bmldmg The apphcant plans to
locate an office tenant wIthm an eXistIng 1,128 square foot bUlldmg located on the same
property (714 South Fort Hamson Avenue) Based on the apphcatlon and the staff
recommendatIon, the Commumty Development Board (CDB) APPROVED the
applicatIon on December 14, 2001 with the followmg bases and conditIOns

Pinellas County Disk set in top of Concrete Post that is flush with ground Designation 'Harris
Mil approximately 32.5' West of the centerline of U.S Alt 19, and 22.6' South of the
centerline of Druid Road, said monument having a reported elevation of 37.990 feet.
