Development Code On July 18, 2000, the Commumty Development Board reviewed your
apphcatlOll for Flexible Development approval to reduce the rear setback from 25 feet to 17 feet
and to reduce the Side setback from 15 feet to 7 66 feet, as part of a Rcsldentlal Infill Project
Based on the apphcatlOn and the staff recorrunendatlOn, the Board found that the plOposal IS m
compliance WIth the standards and cntena for FleXIble Developmcnt approval, the maximum
development potential standards and all other apphcable standards of thc Commu11lty Development
Code The Commumty Development Board approved the applIcatIOn
