The crossing shall be arranged so that the sewer joints and water joints will be equidistant from the point of crossing with no less than la' between any two joints. Where the minimum 18" separotion cannot be maintained, the sewer shall be placed in a sleeve or encased in concrete for 20' centered on the point of crossing. The crossing shall be arranged so that the sewer joints and water joints will be equidistant from the point of crossing with no less than 10' between any two joints.
